A Long Walk.

Walking has been integral to my healing process. I walk neighborhoods, wilderness trails, beaches. I walk in boots, sandals, or barefoot. Walking clears my mind, heals my back pain, calms my anxiety.

I am currently on the 800-mile Arizona Trail from Utah to Mexico. Check back next spring for new episodes.
